Saga the second time winner of the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award

Cisco conducts quarterly surveys of users in order to determine their satisfaction with the cooperation with Cisco partners. After being declared partner with the highest score of customer satisfaction last year, Saga has managed to repeat the same success this year. It received the prestigious Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award for EMEA Region again. This recognition has a huge importance because it is assigned by clients and it also indicates, not only to clients but vendors and partners as well, that Saga has shown outstanding achievements in the field of pre-sales and post-sales support and that it is a respectable partner for the future cooperation.

Cisco Satisfaction Excellence is the highest award that a partner can receive within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Partners that receive this recognition are marked with the "gold star" in the Cisco Partner Locator tool. Assessment is based on the results of the survey conducted in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Every three months Cisco adds results from the previous four quarters and declares the best partner in each geographic location for the given period of time.
