CePP
Project CePP (Center for E-business) is joint venture project of Post of Serbia and Saga. It is a multi-channel, multi-media contact center that will offer to all interested parties, through development and integration of service, its infrastructure and wide range of services in the field of electronic business.
The Customer Service Center provides an infrastructure basis for CePP where services are rendered through a number of applications by employing computer resources and live work and using various channels of access. It's a node point for making contact between users of CePP services and their clients.
Call Center and Help Desk together with Interactive Voice Response System present the heart of the Customer Service Center enabling it to become an ideal medium for rendering a wide range of services in the field of Tele-sales, Telemarketing, Telehosting, E-banking, E-commerce, etc. Modern Interactive Voice Response System is based on integration of telephone voice services and systems for ASR and TTS (Automatic Speech Recognition and Text to Speech).
CePP established Certification Authority (CA) and working on development of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). That would enable the provision of services from the field of issuing and distributing digital certificates to customers, computers and service centers, as well as the development and implementation of solutions for e-business protection.
Owing to Post’s completely developed Postnet network and accessibility with which no one could compete at the moment, the CePP is developing services which would provide conditions to banks, savings banks and other customers for electronic money transfers with Customer Service Center support, Virtual Private Network service, interconnection of POS and ATM terminal systems, Home banking services, etc.
By use of E-commerce systems, the business organizations can buy and sell their products and services in an innovative and simplified way, increasing their productivity and sales volume while, at the same time, cutting costs of transport and warehousing. Thanks to the Post’s existing delivery channel, the CePP is in a unique position to take an active part in development of various types of E-commerce.
